The Fargo School Board has decided to purchase 900 Dell laptop computers for students.
It's part of the "Glass Paper Project", with a goal of putting laptops in the hands of all students in grades six through 12 in five years.
375 students at Fargo South received personal computers last fall in the first round of the initiative.
The laptops will cost the district more than $500-thousand.
