A 21-year old Minot man is being held in the Polk County jail, following an unusual traffic stop.
Kyle Delonais was stopped in downtown Crookston yesterday afternoon, while riding a motorcycle.
A state trooper pulled him over after determining the bike wasn't registered.
During a pat down, the trooper discovered Delonais was carrying a pistol and other officers were quickly called to the scene.
Delonais surrendered without incident.
He's now being held on charges of a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit and driving without a license or registration.
Delonais also had several outstanding warrants on misdemeanor charges.
