A company from Evansville, Minnesota has been fined two thousand dollars for violating North Dakota’s "One-Call" law.
Shores companies was accused of digging near a pipeline in Stark County without calling ahead.
Public Service Commission Chairman Brian Kalk says the company can contest the fine.
But he says the PSC hasn’t heard from the company.
