Gary Hyde of "White Diamonds" on 13th ave. South in Fargo says he had a funny feeling.
He called "Pawn America" after a woman left his store. She'd just used a check to purchase two rings. Sure enough, police say the woman tried to sell the jewelry to the pawn shop. That's when police were called.

Tigerstrom has distinctive "hot pink" hair. Downtown businesses who believe that they were victims of Tigerstrom made note of her hair last week and contacted other merchants.
