Former N-D-S-C-S President Targeted With No-Confidence Vote.

Sharon Hart, who was the embattled president of the North Dakota College of Science in Wahpeton until quitting six years ago has found herself in the midst of another controversy.

Sharon Hart, who was the embattled president of the North Dakota College of Science in Wahpeton until quitting six years ago has found herself in the midst of another controversy. Hart, now President of the Northern Marianas College on the Pacific island of Saipan has been given a vote of "no confidence" by the school's faculty. She denies claims of alleged financial mismanagement and unethical conduct made by faculty. Hart was the target of a petition campaign asking that she resign and also a "no confidence" vote by faculty at N-D-S-C-S before she resigned in 2006.
