A new report shows Minnesota is the least affordable state in the midwest when it comes to rental housing for minimum wage earners.
Leigh Rosenberg with the Minnesota Housing Partnership says an individual making the federal minimum wage of $7.25 an hour would have to work 89 hours a week to put a roof over his or her head.
