A registered sex offender is jailed in Moorhead, accused of holding a woman against her will and sexually assaulting her.

 

 

 

 

A registered sex offender is jailed in Moorhead, accused of holding a woman against her will and sexually assaulting her.

Jesse Paskey, 29, was arrested Sunday. A woman escaped from Paskey after the attack, found help in another apartment, and called police.

 

Earlier this year, Paskey reached a plea deal with prosecutors to a reduced charged of criminal sexual conduct for sexually assaulting a woman in his Moorhead home. In 2010, Paskey was arrested for false imprisonment and was required to register as a predatory offender for life.
