Moorhead Sex Offender Pleads Guilty

A convicted sex offender accused of sexually assaulting a woman and holding her against her will in Moorhead has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.

The agreement calls for 29-year-old Jesse Paskey to serve 25-1/2 years in prison. Paskey was arrested in a Moorhead apartment building in December after a woman he assaulted managed to escape and called police.

In 2010, Paskey was arrested for false imprisonment and required to register as a predatory offender for life.
