Six Former College Presidents Call For Chancellor's Dismissal
Six former North Dakota college presidents have written a joint letter--asking the State Board of Higher Education to fire University System Chancellor Ham Shirvani.

Six former North Dakota college presidents have written a joint letter--asking the State Board of Higher Education to fire University System Chancellor Ham Shirvani.
In the letter, obtained by KFGO News, the former presidents say the situation with Dhirvani will only get worse unless someone steps forward. The letter says "Shirvani is wrong for North Dakota" and recommends that he be terminated for cause, or by negotiating a buyout.
Among the people who signed the letter: former NDSU president Jim Ozbun and former Mayville State and Valley City State University President Ellen Chaffee.
