Arrest Made In Dickinson Hit And Run

DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) _ Police say they have arrested a man for the November hit-and-run death of a Dickinson motel owner.

Tracy Freer was killed when a pickup struck him shortly after midnight on Nov. 21 in the Queen City Motel parking lot.

Investigators say Freer had been had been letting his dog out when he was struck and dragged about 15 feet.

Freer owned the motel with his wife, Roberta, who had offered a $5,000 reward for information in the case.
