Heitkamp Names Chief of Staff

Senator-Elect Heidi Heitkamp has selected Tessa Gould to be her Chief of Staff in Washington.

Senator-Elect Heidi Heitkamp has selected Tessa Gould to be her Chief of Staff in Washington. Gould just came off managing Heitkamp’s successful senate campaign.

Gould was formerly Chief of Staff to former South Dakota Representative Stephanie Herseth Sandlin.

She has previously worked with Congressman Earl Pomeroy, Senator Byron Dorgan, and House Leader Dick Gephardt.
