Tea Party favorite Michelle Bachmann has survived a serious challenge in Minnesota's sixth congressional district.

She defeated businessman and D-F-Ler Jim Graves by about three-thousand votes.

It was one of the closest watched U.S. House races this election cycle.

Bachmann this spring was turned back in her bid for party backing to run for president.
