Two people charged with the murder of a Badger, Minnesota man have pleaded guilty.

 

 

 

 

Two people charged with the murder of a Badger, Minnesota man have pleaded guilty.

34 year old Jeremy Lemen and 25 year old Desiree Shinholser were charged in the killing of 31-year old John Currier.

Currier was their neighbor.

An autopsy showed he died from strangulation and being struck in the head with a hatchet.

Investigators says the couple confronted the victim after Shinholser said he attacked her in the hallway of the apartment.

The couple hid currier's body in an attic crawl space where it was found later by Currier's girlfriend.

Lemen and Shinholser will be sentenced next month.
