GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - Tuberculosis tests given to students at a Grand Forks school show most of them don't have the disease.
Two students at Phoenix Elementary recently tested positive for TB. That prompted officials to test a larger group of students and school staff members.
The Grand Forks Public Health Department said Friday that none of the 68 tuberculosis tests showed signs of the illness. The group will be tested again in eight weeks.
Health officials say a family was exposed to the illness when they gave shelter to some homeless visitors.
