A man believed responsible for at least a dozen Moorhead business burglaries has been declared mentally incompetent to stand trial.
Juan Quevedo has been in the Clay County Jail since September, when he was arrested for a probation violation and window peeping. Defense attorney joe parise says charges are being suspended.
Quevedo earlier pleaded guilty to burglarizing two Moorhead businesses and attempting to break into a third. He served 144 days in jail.
