Nyberg Headed For Space Again

An astronaut from UND is heading to the International Space Station for a six month mission.

An astronaut from UND is heading to the International Space Station for a six month mission.

Karen Nyberg says running marathons will help provide the endurance necessary for the half year mission.

Nyberg will join two other astronauts from Italy and Russia for the May 28th launch.

This will be Nyberg's second trip into space.

In 2008, she joined a crew on the space station for two weeks.
