Man Arrested After Grand Forks Chase
A man is in jail after leading Grand Forks and East Grand Forks police on a chase yesterday afternoon.

A man is in jail after leading Grand Forks and East Grand Forks police on a chase yesterday afternoon.
It started when East Grand Forks police attempted to make a traffic stop and the car sped into Grand Forks where the car was chased through a number of residential neighborhoods, sometimes simply going in circles around a single block.
Several times, he stopped his car as if to surrender but then took off again.
He was caught when he ditched the car and tried to run on foot.
33-year old Devin Keplin of Grand Forks is facing a number of charges including DUI and fleeing.
He was also wanted on a felony aggravated assault warrant.
