Moorhead saw a jump in aggravated assaults, burglaries and arson fires last year.
Police say most of the assaults are linked to domestic violence cases.
The city only had 17 aggravated assaults in 2011.
That number jumped to 43 last year--a 153-percent increase.
There were 16 arson fires, but 13 of them were tied to a man who was setting dumpsters on fire.
Burglaries in Moorhead rose 44-percent last year, with 145 cases reported.
On a positive note, police say there were fewer robberies, vehicle thefts, stolen property and vandalism cases.
