A lot of cars were towed in Moorhead again after dozens of drivers violated the city's "snow removal declaration".
42 vehicles were towed yesterday for parking on the wrong streets in neighborhoods around MSU-M, Concordia, and Eventide.
The minimum fee for getting a vehicle out of the city's impound lot is $95.00.
The declaration remains in effect today, with no parking from 8-8 on south and west sides of roads.
130 vehicles were impounded during the city's first "snow removal decaration" last month.
