A man accused of being a member of a military militia group is arrested on the Bismarck State Campus.
26 year old Christopher Jenderseck along with four others are charged with crimes in connection with an anti-government militia group.
Authorities say that group was led by Fort Stewart troops who stockpiled weapons and talked of ultimately overthrowing the U.S. government.
Jenderseck, who's from St. Cloud, Minnesota, was a former soldier at Fort Stewart who's enlistment ended in April.
Jenderseck is charged with two counts of tampering with evidence and three counts of illegal gang activity.
Jenderseck is accused of destroying physical evidence in the murders of Michael Roark and Tiffany York in Georgia in December 2011.
According to court documents, Jenderseck helped soldiers accused of the murders burn clothing they had worn during the killings.
There are now ten people charged in connection with the militia group.
Prosecutors say the suspects are also accused of burglaries and other crimes that were intended to fund the militia.
Burleigh County Authorities arrested Jenderseck Tuesday at Bismarck State College, while he was in class.
BSC officials say Jenderseck was in his first semester at the school and was going into nursing.
Jenderseck is being held at the Burleigh County jail until Georgia authorities arrange for him to be brought back to that state.
