BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A Bismarck woman is accused of stealing $4,300 in donations meant for Special Olympics.
Rachael Murray, 39, is charged with misapplication of entrusted property, a felony that carries a maximum punishment of five years in prison upon conviction.
Authorities allege Murray took the money from a Special Olympics athlete who had solicited donations, and failed to turn it in to Support Systems Inc., which employs people to mentor people with disabilities.
