BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - The Army Corps of Engineers is holding meetings in the Dakotas on its proposed operating plan for the Missouri River for the coming year.
Meetings are scheduled Oct. 30 in Bismarck and Pierre. They're among six meetings in five states over four days.
Corps officials will discuss the proposed operating plan and then field questions and comments.
The Bismarck meeting is at 1 p.m. at the Civic Center. The Pierre meeting is at 7 p.m. at the Ramkota Hotel.
