A Jamestown woman convicted on manslaughter and criminal conspiracy charges in the killing a somali immigrant has withdrawn her appeal.

Jamestown, N.D. (AP) A Jamestown woman convicted on manslaughter and criminal conspiracy charges in the killing a somali immigrant has withdrawn her appeal.
22-year-old Janelle Cave was convicted in February in the death of 18-year-old Abdi Ali Ahmed in 2011. She was sentenced to 11 years in prison.
Her appeal was filed with the North Dakota Supreme Court on May 24, and withdrawn on October 11.
Also convicted in the crime was 35-year-old Leron Howard of jamestown. His sentencing is set for November 14th.
