Governor Mark Dayton has highlighted a new law that means tougher penalties for people or businesses who sell synthetic drugs.

 

 

 

 

Governor Mark Dayton has highlighted a new law that means tougher penalties for people or businesses who sell synthetic drugs.

Dayton re-signed the bill in a capitol ceremony.

It makes the sale of synthetic marijuana and other chemically-produced drugs a felony. The law goes on the books August first.
