The Grand Forks Police Department is investigating a rash of car vandalism.

The Grand Forks Police Department is investigating a rash of car vandalism.
More than two-dozen vehicles had tires slashed or punctured Thursday night and Friday morning.
All of those targeted were on 17th Street South.
