Feds Charge Man With Damaging Property At Fargo VA

Federal charges have been filed against a Fargo man accused of spray-painting graffiti at the VA Medical Center in Fargo.

 

 

 

 

Federal charges have been filed against a Fargo man accused of spray-painting graffiti at the VA Medical Center in Fargo.

Court documents say 20-year-old Mitchell Massey used red paint to apply graffiti on the VA's flood wall and pump house.

Massey is charged with one count of damage to government property. If convicted, he faces up to six months in prison and up to a $5,000 fine.
