Sex Offender Arrested For Fifth Time

A high risk sex offender has been arrested in Valley City for the fifth time for not registering.

 

 

 

 

A high risk sex offender has been arrested in Valley City for the fifth time for not registering.

Allan Cook, 34, has been arrested four times in Barnes County and once in Griggs County.

Four months ago, Cook was arrested for giving Valley City police false information on his address.

Cook has two sexual assault convictions.

The victims were both 15-year-old girls.
