The financial fight over the Bluestem Center for the Arts may be over.


The Fargo School Board has accepted a memorandum of understanding between the school district and Bluestem. The district will cover items including expenses, maintenance, management and promotion.


Bluestem will develop a new business plan as a fundraising arm of the center.
