Judge Kirk Appointed To Appellate Court

Minn. Governor Mark Dayton has named District Judge Michael Kirk of Moorhead to the State Court of Appeals.

 

 

 

 

Minn. Governor Mark Dayton has named District Judge Michael Kirk of Moorhead to the State Court of Appeals.

The former Otter Tail County attorney was appointed to the bench in 1989.

Kirk was one of three finalists for the post which was created by a retirement. One of the other finalists was Assistant Clay County Attorney Heidi Davies.
