With less than two weeks to the filing deadline, organizers of a petition drive to get a statewide vote on an indoor smoking ban are confident they'll be able to do it.
"Smoke Free ND" activist Chelsey Matter says they've had a lot of support.
Matter says as of July first they had 10,000 signatures, just 18 days after the petition launch. The petition needs just over 13,400 people to sign it to make it onto the November ballot.
