Man Arrested In Fatal North Dakota Hit-And-Run

A Washington State man is accused of a hit-and-run crash that killed one man and injured another near Watford City.

 

 

 

 

WATFORD CITY, N.D. (AP) - A Washington State man is accused of a hit-and-run crash that killed one man and injured another near Watford City.
 
Hunter Rhodes, 22, of Otis Orchards, Wash., faces charges of manslaughter, reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident.
 
Authorities say Bryan Charles Neal, 26, was pronounced dead at a Mckenzie County hospital following the crash at a pipeline storage yard south of Watford City. Authorities say Jake Swartz, 26, was injured.
