Hearing For Human Trafficking Case Delayed

A preliminary hearing has been delayed for a man accused of human trafficking. Forty-year-old Chad Lindley appeared in Cass County court Thursday.

 

 

 

 

FARGO - A preliminary hearing has been delayed for a man accused of human trafficking. Forty-year-old Chad Lindley appeared in Cass County court Thursday.

He's accused of running an online human trafficking and prostitution business.

His attorney requested his preliminary hearing to continue, delaying a formal plea from Lindley. Cass county prosecutor Reid Brady says Lindley will return to court in four weeks.

If convicted, Lindley faces a maximum of 20 years in jail and $20,000 in fines.
