Fargo Police say the investigation of former NDSU Bison football player Brandon Jemison involves a sexual crime, but not a sexual assault.

The Fargo Police Department says the investigation of former NDSU Bison football player Brandon Jemison involves a sexual crime, but not a sexual assault.

Jemison was kicked off the team by head coach Craig Bohl for breaking team rules.

Police say they're awaiting a decision by the Cass County State's Attorneys Office on charges against Jemison. He was a senior linebacker and a graduate of Fargo South High School.
