The Minnesota State Health Department has issued a consumer alert after linking four cases of salmonella to a meat processing company in Detroit Lakes.

Hoffman Town and Country Meat Market has issued a voluntary recall of all whole-muscle turkey jerky sold on or before August 21st.

One of the people affected lives in the Twin Cities. The three others are from Outstate Minnesota. One person was hospitalized.
