Linda Brendemuhl is accused of embezzling $50,000 to support her gambling habit.

The 42-year-old Fargo woman has been charged with misapplication of entrusted property. The charge claims she used her position as a trustee for the Fireside Condo Association to embezzle the money.

She was head of the condo association's committee.
