After weeks of negotiations, Supervalu workers in Fargo are on strike.

 

 

 

 

After weeks of negotiations, Supervalu workers in Fargo are on strike.

Union Business Manager Donny Walz told KFGO News the two sides are not that far apart and he is hopeful an agreement can be reached soon.

Several trucks that arrived at the company's north Fargo headquarters turned around this morning when they saw the union workers walking the picket line.

Supervalu supplies Hornbacher's and other independent grocery stores in the region.

The company has plans in place to keep the distribution center running.
