Fargo Teen In Stable Condition After July 4th Boating Accident

A Fargo teen is in stable condition at Sanford Medical Center after being seriously injured in a July 4th boating accident in Otter Tail County. The family of Nicholas Schmidt approved release of his condition today.

 

 

 

 

A Fargo teen is in stable condition at Sanford Medical Center after being seriously injured in a July 4th boating accident in Otter Tail County. The family of Nicholas Schmidt approved release of his condition today.

Schmidt, 18, was tubing on West McDonald Lake, near Pelican Rapids, when a boat propeller hit him.

Schmidt is a recent graduate and was a goalie for the State Champion Fargo North hockey team.
