Man Injured In Boating Accident Now Recovering At Home

A West Fargo man seriously injured in a hit-and-run boating accident in Becker County a week ago is recuperating at home.

A West Fargo man seriously injured in a hit-and-run boating accident in Becker County a week ago is recuperating at home.

Terry Erickson, 39, was released from a Minneapolis hospital and returned home last night.

Taryn Erickson says her husband faces three to six months of therapy to recover from injuries sustained when he was struck by a boat that hit Erickson's boat on Big Cormorant Lake the night of July 4th.

Taryn Erickson is frustrated those responsible for the crash have not given themselves up.

After the crash, the suspect boat took off, even though, those in the Erickson boat were asking for help.

Sheriff Tim Gorden says deputies continue to follow up on leads but so far there's not been an arrest.
