Bail Set For Detroit Lakes Man

A judge in Becker County has set bail at $200,000 for a Detroit Lakes man charged with having hundreds of child pornography video's and computer discs.

 

 

 

 

A judge in Becker County has set bail at $200,000 for a Detroit Lakes man charged with having hundreds of child pornography video's and computer discs.

Prosecutors say the porn was discovered during a search of the home of 34-year-old Christopher Gessell.

Some of the images showed children under the age of six.

Gessel has a prior child porn conviction. Detroit Lakes and Moorhead police and the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation took part in the investigation.
