FARGO - The father of one of those killed in a wrong-way drunk driving crash says drunk driving laws need to be toughened.


Tom Deutscher is the father of Arron Deutcher of West Fargo, who was killed along with his wife and daughter July 6, when a wrong-way driver crashed into their car on Interstate-94 near Jamestown.


The crash also killed the other driver, 28-year-old Wyatt Klein of Jamestown.


His blood alcohol level was .25, nearly three-times the legal limit for driving.
