FARGO - A high risk sex offender is in jail in Fargo after his arrest by the High Plains Fugitive Task Force. A federal warrant led to the arrest of Ahmed Toliver, 30.  

He hadn't followed the sex offender registration requirement. Toliver was taken into custody at his home in the 2200 block of 30th Ave. So. He has a sexual assault conviction in Cass County from 2001.
