A Deputy U.S. Marshal has been found dead, in his car in Grand Forks, but investigators say they don't believe foul play is involved.

A Deputy U.S. Marshal has been found dead, in his car in Grand Forks, but investigators say they don't believe foul play is involved.

The Deputy Marshal, whose name is not yet being released, was found by a passer-by in the 1300 block of Belmont Road, near Lincoln Park.

An autopsy is pending.

A news conference is set for ten this morning, to offer more details on the man's death.
