Fargo Man Arrested On Gross Sexual Imposition Charge

A Fargo man has been arrested after sexually assaulting a woman who had passed out at a party early Sunday morning.

 

 

 

 

A Fargo man has been arrested after sexually assaulting a woman who had passed out at a party early Sunday morning.

John Bussert, 21, was arrested on a gross sexual imposition charge.

Police were called to the disturbance at approximately 2 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of 5th Avenue South in Fargo.
