2 St. Paul Men Plead Guilty After Local Car Stop

Two St. Paul men have pleaded guilty in a federal drug case that began with a car stop in Fergus Falls in May.

 

 

 

 

Two St. Paul men have pleaded guilty in a federal drug case that began with a car stop in Fergus Falls in May.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Minneapolis says one of the men agreed to a search of his car when he was pulled over by Fergus Falls police for a traffic violation. Officers discovered $75,000 in cash in the car.

That led to searches of the men's homes where meth, guns, drug paraphernalia and money transfer receipts were found.

They could face life prison sentences.
