Authorities Identify Jamestown Rollover Victims

The North Dakota State Patrol has released the names of two people killed in a rollover north of Jamestown on Highway 52 Tuesday night.

 

 

 

 

The North Dakota State Patrol has released the names of two people killed in a rollover north of Jamestown on Highway 52 Tuesday night.

Brian Harper, 51, of Williston was the driver of the SUV that entered the ditch, hit a culvert, went airborne and rolled. Harper was wearing a seatbelt.

Harper's passenger, 41-year-old Ma Alma Lucius of Williston, was thrown from the wreckage.

Both were dead at the scene.

Harper and Lucius were driving to Minneapolis from Williston at the time of the crash.
