American Crystal Sugar has sent a letter to it's locked out employees--inviting them back to work under the terms of the company's final offer.

The letter claims Crystal is getting "many telephone calls from locked-out employees" inquiring about available jobs. Union president John Riskey says because Crystal is communicating directly with union workers, it may be a violation of the law.

Riskey says the letter, signed by vice president Brian Ingulsrud, proves the company is desperate for experienced employees. American Crystal spokesman Jeff Schweitzer says the letter speaks for itself.
