2012 Red River Valley Fair Attendance Down, But GM ‘Pleased’

Attendance for this year's Red River Valley Fair was 105,000, despite a shorter run than in previous years.

 

 

 

 

WEST FARGO, N.D. - Attendance for this year's Red River Valley Fair was 105,000, despite a shorter run than in previous years.

Last year, 112,000 people passed through the gates in West Fargo when the fair lasted nine days.

Fair General Manager Bryan Schulz says he's extremely pleased with attendance and ticket sales.

Grandstand numbers were up over last year with total attendance estimated at 51,000. Kip Moore and Eli Young Band last Wednesday night drew more than 12,000 people.

Next year's fair dates are July 9th through the 14th.
