Intoxicated West Fargo Man Found In Restaurant

Otter Tail County authorities arrested a West Fargo man early yesterday on suspicion of breaking into a restaurant in Ottertail, Minn.

 

 

 

 

Otter Tail County authorities arrested a West Fargo man early yesterday on suspicion of breaking into a restaurant in Ottertail, Minn.

The owner of the diner "At The Hop" found an intoxicated man in the business when she arrived about 7 a.m.

It appears entry was gained by forcing open a locked door.

Deputies found 42-year-old Clint Howitz asleep in the business and he was arrested.

He faces charges of burglary and criminal damage to property.
