FARGO - Sanford Health holds what could be the largest groundbreaking event ever held in the area tonight for its new $541 million medical center in Fargo.

The band Train will be headlining Sanford’s event tonight, which is for Sanford employees only.

15,000 people are expected to attend.

The 460 bed facility will be built in what is now a field south of Interstate-94 and Veterans Boulevard.
