A man convicted of killing his former babysitter has lost another appeal in Federal Court.
Michael Gianakos is serving a life sentence for the 1997 murder of Anne Marie Camp.
Camp was from Fargo.
Her body was found at an abandoned farm near Sabin, Minn.
Gianakos claimed he had an ineffective lawyer and was the victim of jury misconduct.
Federal Judge Patrick Conmy says there's no valid basis for re-opening the case.
